Conrad Chan

Conrad Chan is currently the Deloitte China Private Equity Leader and has extensive experience in financial advisory and professional accounting across New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, and the Greater Bay Area. With a strong focus on M&A advisory, due diligence, and valuation, Conrad has worked with multinational corporations, private equity investors, and state-owned enterprises throughout Greater China. Previously, they held various positions at Deloitte & Touche, including Associate Director and Partner, specializing in transaction services. Conrad earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from The University of Edinburgh and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
