Conrad Chan

Conrad Chan is a seasoned financial advisory professional and currently serves as the Deloitte China Private Equity Leader. They have extensive experience across New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, and the Greater Bay Area, specializing in M&A advisory, due diligence, and valuation for multinational corporations, private equity investors, and state-owned enterprises. Previously, Conrad held various roles at Deloitte, including Associate Director and Partner, where they focused on M&A transaction services within the Greater China region. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from The University of Edinburgh and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
