Dailene Kells is a Partner in Controls Assurance at Deloitte Canada, where they lead the Agile Internal Audit practice for Saskatchewan and Manitoba. With 30 years of experience, Dailene specializes in internal audit, risk management, and governance solutions, having served in roles such as Chief Audit Executive and Risk Officer. Dailene has directed teams in defining internal audit objectives and conducting various assessments, while also being a certified instructor for the Institute of Internal Auditors. In 2018, Dailene received the Arthur Child award for their contributions to the Internal Audit profession in Canada. Dailene holds several professional certifications, including Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.
