Originally trained as a chartered accountant in London, David has also had notable experiences beyond tax, including playing rugby for the Japan national team and serving as the president of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan. David's educational background includes a BSc in Geography from Durham University, an MPhil in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, and a MIS in International Relations from the University of Birmingham.
