David Stark retired from Deloitte in June 2024 after a distinguished career that began in 1993. They served as a Managing Director leading Deloitte Reorganization Services across the Middle East since 2011, after transferring from the UK to spearhead the Turnaround and Restructuring practice in Dubai. David was also a leader in the Deloitte Private practice in the region, focusing on business and financing strategies. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, David holds a joint Honors degree in Economics and Management Science from the University of St Andrews in the United Kingdom.
