Diego Ortiz is a Transactions Leader at Deloitte S-Latam with over 22 years of experience in business and asset valuation services for both privately held and publicly traded companies. Specializing in financial reporting valuation analysis and business risk, Diego has successfully managed and performed over 1,500 valuation projects, focusing on areas such as impairment of assets and purchase price allocation. Diego began their career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen and holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Anáhuac.
