Doug Rand

Doug Rand is a Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, specializing in sustainability reporting, SEC reporting, and IPOs. Currently based in Deloitte’s National Office – Accounting and Reporting Services in Washington D.C., Doug consults on technical accounting and reporting matters, reviews SEC filings, and advises clients across various industries including industrial production, aerospace and defense, and technology. Doug’s previous roles at Deloitte included managing director and audit manager, and they have extensive experience with US GAAP and IFRS, as well as PCAOB and AICPA auditing matters. Doug earned a Master's degree in Accounting and a B.S. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University - Weatherhead School of Management.
