Evan Blanco

Evan Blanco is a highly experienced Tax Partner in Deloitte's mergers & acquisitions practice, bringing over 20 years of expertise in tax and accounting. With a career at Deloitte beginning in November 2003, Blanco specializes in advising large private equity fund clients, including KKR, on leveraged buyouts and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in Asia. Prior to Deloitte, Blanco served as a Director at Warburg Pincus from 2000 to 2003, functioning as internal counsel and collaborating with deal teams on legal and tax structuring issues in Hong Kong. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen (1994-2000), providing international tax advisory services to multinational clients, and as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young (1986-1990). Blanco holds a BS in Accounting and Business from the University at Buffalo and a J.D. in Tax from Emory University School of Law.
