James Springham

James Springham, PhD, is currently a Director at Deloitte, where they have held various leadership roles, including Senior Consultant and Senior Manager. They have previously worked as a Manager at Deloitte from 2017 to 2020 and served as a Data Scientist at Affectv from 2013 to 2015. James completed postdoctoral research at both the University of Leeds and the University of Western Australia between 2008 and 2012. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Bristol and a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of York, along with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Imperial College London.
