Jay Langan

Jay Langan is a national leader in M&A transaction strategy and diligence within Deloitte's Strategy and Transactions practice. With over 30 years of experience in financial services and public accounting, they have spent the past 23 years guiding clients through all phases of the M&A lifecycle, focusing on the banking, securities, payments, and asset management sectors. Jay has held key leadership roles at Deloitte, including Partner and Regional Managing Partner, and previously worked at Arthur Andersen as an Experience Manager. Jay earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Accounting and Japanese from the University of Notre Dame.
