Joe Arumainayagam

Joe Arumainayagam is a seasoned leader and current Managing Partner at Deloitte, where Joe oversees the Enterprise, Technology & Performance portfolio across Canada and Chile, bringing over 20 years of international cross-industry expertise in consulting. Previously, Joe held various leadership positions at Avanade, including Executive General Manager for Hong Kong and General Manager for Shanghai and the China Delivery Center, where strategic leadership led to significant client success and innovation. Joe also served as Vice President and General Manager for Central Canada, and as a Director in business development for the Banking, Insurance, and Capital Market sectors. Earlier in their career, Joe was a Senior Manager at Accenture, delivering transformative initiatives for global clients. Joe earned a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
