Joel Hardy

Joel Hardy is an experienced professional with a strong background in workforce transformation and learning and development. Currently serving as a Director at Deloitte since September 2020, Joel has held various leadership roles including Senior Manager and Chief of Staff. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Consultant at PwC Australia and extensive service in the Royal Australian Air Force, where roles spanned from Workforce Design and Development to Senior Learning and Development Officer from June 2008 to January 2020. Joel also worked briefly as an Immigration Officer with the Department of Defence and as an Educator with the Queensland Government. Academic credentials include a Graduate Diploma in Education from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Griffith University.
