Jonathan Howard

Jonathan Howard is a partner in the National Office of Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving as a senior consultation partner in the Financial Instruments Group of Accounting Services. In this capacity, Jonathan leads a team that provides accounting consultation on matters related to financial instruments, such as derivatives and securities. Jonathan has been instrumental in the development of the firm's guidance and responses to standard setting initiatives and is actively involved in various expert panels, including the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s Transition Resource Group for Credit Losses. Jonathan earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and is a licensed CPA in California and Connecticut.
