Kenneth Stoops

Kenneth Stoops is a Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they have worked since 1996 and have served in various roles, including Senior Manager and Manager, before becoming the Director in the Multistate Tax Services practice in 2003. They are currently the Pennsylvania and Delaware State Tax Desk leader and a member of the PICPA State Tax Committee. Kenneth previously worked as a Tax Manager at BDO USA, LLP and as a Supervisor at Wagner Sharer & Co. They hold a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Widener University.
