Khanya Pilane

Khanya Pilane is an experienced consulting professional with over a decade of expertise at Deloitte Consulting, currently serving as a Director. In this role, Khanya supports large multinational clients in their Finance Transformation journeys, emphasizing service delivery through Global Business Services, Shared Services, and Outsourcing across various regions including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Additionally, Khanya focuses on enhancing the efficiency of existing Shared Services Centers and Business Process Outsourcing delivery through customer-centric approaches and digital innovations such as Robotics Process Automation. Prior to Deloitte, Khanya held positions at Rand Merchant Bank and Accenture, starting as a Business Analyst and rising through the ranks to become a Consultant.
