Currently a Founding Member at Chief and serving as Founder and CEO of Hallstatt and Holden LLC, they focus on building resilient organizations and facilitating sustainable growth. They have held leadership roles at notable firms, including Deloitte and Guidehouse, where they drove significant initiatives in decarbonization and digital transformation. Laura is also a board member of the McLean Project for the Arts and is continuing their education at Harvard University in Museum Studies.
