Matthew Lamberta

Matthew Lamberta is a Principal at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they previously served as a Tax Senior Manager in M&A Transaction Services from 2013 to 2019. They began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in M&A Transaction Services and later held various roles, including Tax Manager and Staff/Senior Consultant in International Tax Services. Matthew holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from New York University and earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
