Neil Bourke

Neil Bourke is currently a Partner in Deloitte’s Resilience and Crisis Management practice, specializing in organizational resilience. With over 15 years of experience, they have led contingency planning, crisis management, and business continuity initiatives for FTSE 100 organizations, primarily in the Financial Services industry. Previously, Neil served as a Captain in the British Army, commanding an incident management team in Iraq and designing training exercises to enhance military response procedures. They began their education at the University of Cambridge, earning a Master’s degree in History, and furthered their training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
