Pamela Downs is a retired Tax Partner and former Chief Talent Officer at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they had a distinguished career from 2005 to 2023. Prior to Deloitte, they served as a Partner at KPMG and Arthur Andersen LLP. During their time at Deloitte, they specialized in Multistate Tax Practice and led the Tax Women’s Initiative, promoting opportunities for female tax professionals. Pamela earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from East Texas State University, now Texas A&M.
