Patrick Varner, MBA, CPIM, CSCP, has extensive experience in supply chain management and project delivery across multiple industries. Notable roles include serving as a Material Planner at Gulfstream Aerospace, where Patrick facilitated quality function deployment and collaborated on continuous improvement projects, and as a Supply Chain Senior Analyst at PepsiCo, where Patrick streamlined delivery operations and trained new employees. Patrick also held significant positions in project delivery management at Deloitte, focusing on the defense sector and government services, and worked as a Master Scheduler and Production Control Manager at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies.
