Pradeep Rajendran

Pradeep Rajendran is an experienced professional in the field of consulting, currently serving as a Director at Deloitte India since May 2010 within the Strategy and Business Design Consulting division, specializing in Intelligent Automation. Previously held positions at Deloitte include Associate Director and Manager, focusing on business model transformation and leading various engagements related to shared services and outsourcing advisory. Pradeep has extensive experience in shared services strategy, location strategy, complex transitions, service delivery optimization, and value measurement. Prior to Deloitte, Pradeep worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions from August 2005 to May 2008, where roles ranged from Senior Consultant to Programmer Analyst, primarily within the health insurance sector. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, completed in 2005, and additional education from Devagiri College.
