Sam Seltzer

Sam Seltzer is currently a Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they have accumulated thirteen years of experience in advisory and external audit for domestic and international clients, primarily in the real estate and technology sectors. They have expertise in SEC and statutory reporting under U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and IFRS. Previously, as a Senior Manager at Deloitte LLP from 2013 to 2016, Sam provided audit advisory services and transaction assurance on SEC registered offerings as well as international transactions. Sam is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with an emphasis in Accounting, at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
