Shay Moore is an experienced professional with a strong background in political science and government. Shay completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Howard University and a Master of Arts degree at Columbia University. From April 2018 to May 2020, Shay served as a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellow. Subsequent roles included Policy Research Analyst at SRI International from February 2022 to December 2023 and Senior Research Analyst at SRI from December 2023 to July 2024.
