Smita Basu is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in transition management, program management, and change management. They currently serve as the Associate Director at Deloitte, where they manage end-to-end portfolios and spearhead transition activities aligned with organizational objectives. Previously, Smita was the Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Transformation at Wipro and held various roles at KPMG and Deloitte Consulting, where they led large-scale projects and built strong stakeholder relationships. Smita holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology and is certified as a PMP, SAFe 6.0 Agilist, and ICP Agile Coach.
