Sofie Lenseclaes is the Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner in People & Purpose at Deloitte, bringing nine years of experience in HR and communications to the role. Previously, Sofie worked as a Talent Development Officer and held positions at Hays as a Recruitment Consultant. Sofie earned a Master’s degree in Multilingual Communication from HUB-EHSAL and also studied Communication and Journalism at Mid Sweden University. Currently, Sofie manages communications for talent projects and supports the E2E onboarding program, ensuring new hires transition smoothly into the firm.
