Terry Hatherell

Terry Hatherell, FCPA, FCA, is the Managing Partner of Partner Experience at Deloitte Canada, overseeing various partner processes, including admissions and performance management. Previously, Terry served as the Managing Partner of Ethics for Deloitte Canada and led the Global Accounting & Internal Controls practice. Terry's extensive career at Deloitte spans several leadership roles, including National Leader for Governance, Regulatory & Risk, and Global Leader in Internal Audit. Terry began their career as a Partner at Arthur Andersen before earning a BA in Finance and Economics and a Diploma in Accounting from Western University and Wilfrid Laurier University, respectively.
