Tom Pernodd

Tom Pernodd is an M&A advisor with a focus on buy and sell side M&A transaction and restructuring services, bringing significant international experience in cross-border deals across the USA and EMEA. As the Partner and Head of M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte from 2015 to 2025, Tom specialized in M&A-related due diligence, business case evaluation and analysis, and acquisition risk management. Prior roles include Partner at Deloitte San Francisco and Senior Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte Sweden, alongside a foundation in M&A due diligence and auditing at Arthur Andersen. Tom holds an MBA in Business Administration and Economics from Linköping University and studied corporate finance and economics at the University of East Anglia.
