Tom Rottiers

Tom Rottiers is a co-founder at NoBuCo since January 2024. With extensive experience at Deloitte since August 2014, Rottiers has held positions as Associate - SAP HCM and SuccessFactors architect, and Director, focusing on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and SAP Cloud Platform solutions. Prior to Deloitte, Rottiers served as Business Unit Manager and SAP HR consultant at Persolis from May 2010 to July 2014, and held various roles including Team Manager and Senior Consultant at NorthgateArinso from October 2004 to April 2010, as well as SAP HR consultant at Logica CMG from September 2000 to October 2004. Rottiers holds a Master in Commercial Engineering, Economics from the University of Antwerp, completed between 1995 and 2000.
