Tom Vilder has extensive experience in technology and architecture across various industries. Beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from James Cook University, Tom has held key roles including Solution Architect and Team Lead at RBC Capital Markets, where responsibilities included integrating trading systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As a Senior Developer at JPMH, Tom led the development of eCommerce solutions, and during time at GlaxoSmithKline, a web-based system created by Tom earned an internal award. Tom progressed to Senior Consultant at Mexia before assuming senior managerial roles at Deloitte, first as Senior Manager and currently as Director. Additionally, experience as Software Development Manager at FirstMac involved leading a sizable team to deliver critical banking applications while embracing the full Microsoft tech stack for various projects.
