Vikash Chandra

Vikash Chandra is a seasoned urban infrastructure expert with over 23 years of experience, currently serving as a Director at Deloitte. With a strong focus on Smart Cities in India, Vikash contributed significantly to the Smart Cities Mission while being part of the Finance expert team at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs for the past 4.5 years. Vikash earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Master's in Architecture (Urban Design) from CEPT University. Previous roles include serving as a Project Coordinator for a World Bank-funded initiative in Uttar Pradesh and holding key positions at IL&FS Infrastructure, leading various public-private partnership projects across aviation, tourism, and urban sectors. Additionally, Vikash's architectural journey began with an undergraduate degree from Karnatak University, followed by entrepreneurial ventures in the architecture field.
