Will Posey is currently a Tax Partner at Deloitte, where they focus on serving a diverse portfolio of global clients and are involved in market transformation for the Global Workforce and Rewards practice. With over 30 years of experience at Deloitte, Will has held various leadership roles, including a five-year term as National Leader for the US Global Mobility, Rewards, and Workforce practice. They hold a Master’s degree in Taxation from Georgia State University and a BS in Business Administration from The Citadel. Will’s extensive experience spans multiple industries, with a primary expertise in the Oil & Gas sector, and they are committed to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
