Kim Clarke

Kim Clarke currently serves as a Tax Director at PwC Ireland, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions at PwC from October 2009 to June 2021, including VAT Senior Manager, VAT Manager, and Tax Consultant, specializing in VAT compliance and consultancy services for clients in the financial services sector. Kim completed a training contract in 2013, achieving an ACA qualification and advancing to Assistant Manager in the Asset Management Assurance group, where responsibilities included auditing financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Irish GAAP. Kim holds a Chartered Tax Advisor designation from the Irish Tax Institute (2013-2014), an ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (2009-2013), and a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin (2004-2008). Early education was completed at St. Andrew's College, Dublin (1998-2004).
