With a wealth of experience in technology and commercial transactions, corporate finance, and M&A, Amico previously served as the Enterprise Risk Management Director and Associate General Counsel at Capital One, where they played a pivotal role in the acquisition of PeopleFirst.com. They also served as General Counsel for FirstAgain, LLC and Goal Structured Solutions, Inc., managing complex legal matters and significant transactions. Amico holds a law degree from Loyola Law School and continues to enhance their expertise in legal leadership.
