Alex Ralton is an Associate Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation at Deloitte Consulting and a United Nations Peacekeeping Instructor. With over a decade of experience in the Australian Department of Defence, Alex has successfully managed large teams, high-value assets, and substantial budgets. Previously, Alex served as the HR Retention & Recruitment Regional Manager and Transportation & Logistics Regional Manager within the Australian Army. Currently, Alex is committed to enhancing humanitarian efforts globally through training and support with the United Nations. Alex holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Project Management and Systems Engineering from UNSW.
