Qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, they have extensively worked in transfer pricing planning, restructuring, and litigation for multinational corporations across various industries. Amit has handled a wide range of financial transactions, including inter-company loans and distribution services, and continues to provide advisory and compliance services in tax and regulatory matters.
