Andrei Buchman

Andrei Buchman is currently the ServiceNow Practice Lead at Deloitte, where they manage the ServiceNow practice team and develop client solutions aligned with business needs. Previously, Andrei held various roles at Endava, including Application Manager and ServiceNow Team Lead, where they focused on improving ITSM tools and managing ServiceNow projects. Andrei also worked as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect at accesa.eu, coordinating client projects and training team members. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea de Nord din Baia-Mare and a Master's degree in Intelligent Systems from Babeș-Bolyai University.
