Andy Halls

Andy Halls is an experienced audit partner at Deloitte, specializing in advising privately owned and private equity-backed businesses undergoing rapid growth or change, including those nearing an "exit event." They lead Deloitte’s UK audit practice focused on these sectors and co-chair Deloitte’s Next Generation CFO Programme for Private Equity backed companies. Since joining Deloitte in 1999, Andy has garnered extensive experience in transactions and audits, including managing accounting workstreams for several IPOs and bond listings. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Durham between 1996 and 1999.
