Arash Wared is currently the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Regulatory and Professional Compliance at Deloitte LLP. They previously served as an articling student at the Ontario Securities Commission and Miller Thomson LLP, gaining valuable legal experience. Arash completed their Doctor of Law (J.D.) at the University of Ottawa in 2013, following a Bachelor of Arts in Peace & Conflict Studies from the University of Toronto, which they obtained in 2006. Prior to their role at Deloitte, they worked as a Legal Project Coordinator at Deloitte Canada and as an Immigration & Settlement Officer for the Government of Canada.
