Asmita Bedekar

Asmita Bedekar, CPA, MST, has extensive experience in tax compliance and consulting, with a focus on venture capital and private equity. As a Tax Manager at KPMG US from July 2023 to September 2025, Asmita managed tax compliance for VC/PE entities. Prior to this, Asmita served as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte from April 2021 to June 2023, specializing in investment partnerships. Asmita’s career also includes roles as a Tax Staff member at McCabe & Totah LLP and as a Staff Accountant at Naresh Arora, CPA LLP. Educational qualifications include a CPA designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, and an MS in Taxation from San Jose State University. Currently, Asmita serves as a Tax Manager at Deloitte, focusing on tax compliance for VC/PE since October 2025.
