Kate MacDonald

Kate is responsible for managing federal and state tax compliance across HBM Holdings and its portfolio businesses. Along with executing tax planning, she monitors regulatory and legislative developments relevant to the enterprise and supports treasury and other finance functions. Kate also performs tax due diligence and tax integration for acquisition opportunities.

Kate joins HBM from Electrical Components International (ECI), where she managed the federal, state and local, and international tax functions. Prior to ECI, she spent six years in client service at Grant Thornton, where she worked closely with clients on tax planning and compliance. Kate holds a BS in Business Administration with an Accounting focus from Saint Louis University.
