Beth McConnell

Beth McConnell is the Global Workforce Consulting Director at Deloitte, where they support organizations in acquiring, developing, deploying, and retaining international talent. Previously, Beth held the position of Global Mobility Associate Director at Deloitte from 2013 to 2020, assisting major multinational companies with their workforce mobility programs. Before joining Deloitte, they worked as a UK Expatriate Tax Manager at EY from 2007 to 2013, focusing on tax and social security compliance for various sectors. Beth graduated with a BA Hons in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham in 2007.
