Carole Mendonca, CPACC, is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility at Deloitte Canada, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as a Manager, Inclusion and Accessibility, where they oversaw Deloitte’s Accessibility strategy, team, and Action Plan. Carole also worked as the National Leader for Accessibility at Deloitte from 2018 to 2021, focusing on the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals and those with disabilities. Earlier in their career, they were the Official Representative for Deutsche Messe AG in Canada and a Business Development Manager at the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce Inc. Carole is pursuing a Bachelor with Honours in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Carleton University and a Post Graduate degree in Inclusion and Leadership from Centennial College.
