Kate Burke Gibbs

Kate Burke Gibbs currently serves as the Deputy Program Director for Staff, Performance, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility at Credence Management Solutions, LLC. Additionally, Kate has been an Adjunct Faculty member at American University School of International Service since February 2017 and is the Founder and a Certified Professional Coach at Hope Holder Coaching, which focuses on helping students transitioning to professional careers. Previous experience includes roles such as Learning Support Lead at Great Falls Software Solutions, Inc. and Vice President at Greenleaf Integrative, alongside various positions at the American Psychiatric Association, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and other organizations. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Social Enterprise from American University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Westmont College, complemented by coaching certification from iPEC Coaching.
