Chip Raker

Chip Raker is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in professional services, insurance sales, and business management. Raker has held significant roles at various organizations, including serving as Project Manager at Korn Ferry, where they managed over 20 large-scale projects simultaneously. Raker also worked as Lead Learning & Development Specialist and later as Talent Services Manager at Deloitte, where they partnered with leaders to improve project management processes and drive talent development initiatives. They hold a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University.
