Chrystelle Simon, born in France, began their professional journey with a Master in Accounting & Finance, subsequently working as an auditor and senior manager in the financial sector at Deloitte France from 2000 to 2004. They later transitioned to the European Central Bank as a project manager before taking on a leadership role in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Deloitte, where they have been since 2016. Chrystelle actively develops and implements D&I strategies across the Central Mediterranean region, driven by a personal mission to foster an inclusive culture that values all diversity. Their belief mirrors Deloitte's philosophy: that everyone should feel free and confident to be themselves at work.
