Luisa Boaretto

Luisa Boaretto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee experience, and organizational change management. Currently serving as the Head of DEI and Employee Experience for EMEAI at Dow, Luisa collaborates with leadership teams and Employee Resource Groups to implement integrated ESG strategies. Luisa has held various roles, including Olympic Partnership Marketing & Commercial Director, Change Manager, and Treasury Manager, consistently driving significant revenue and operational efficiency across the EMEA region. As the founder and co-owner of an advisory firm, Luisa specializes in organizational design, coaching, and advisory services. In addition, Luisa serves on the Advisory Board of Catalyst Inc., focusing on gender equity, and mentors at Nova. Luisa holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including INSEAD and Università Bocconi, and has completed executive programmes in change management and coaching.
