Daniel Benavides is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they are part of the Workforce Strategy & Intelligence team, focusing on how emerging technologies like GenAI transform work and roles. They leverage their background in Organizational Psychology, alongside their passion for data and design, to develop actionable workforce strategies that create significant business impact. Previously, they served as an Assistant Psychometrician at Moody's Analytics and as a Behavioral Science Consultant at The Jasmar Group. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School, where they graduated with distinction, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
