Dave Kelly

Dave Kelly is a Technology Fellow at Deloitte Consulting, where they have been contributing since 2011. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in software development and information security, Kelly has a proven track record of implementing secure cloud platforms and devsecops pipelines for various government clients. They previously held leadership roles as Technical Director at both Leads Corporation and Software Performance Systems, as well as Information Assurance Solutions Director at Citizant Inc. Kelly earned a BS in Economics and an MS in Information Security and Assurance from George Mason University.
