David Altschuler

David Altschuler is a Tax Partner at Deloitte, leading the East Region Insurance Tax practice since 2021. They oversee client strategy and manage a team of insurance tax professionals across the northeast and India, serving prominent Fortune 500 and mid-market financial services companies. Prior to this role, David held positions including Tax Manager and Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they focused on tax technology transformation and strategic delivery of tax services.
