David Cullington

David Cullington is the Director of Executive Compensation Consulting at Deloitte UK, where they have been advising Boards on executive compensation design and implementation since 2012. With over twenty years of experience, David has worked with a diverse client base including companies from the FTSE 30 to SmallCap. Prior to their role at Deloitte, David was a Principal at New Bridge Street from 2001 to 2012. They received a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University between 1993 and 1996.
